Dazzler, you will be an expert before you know it, to post a video, do this.
1. Sign up at youtube

2. Once you have logged in, select 'my account', then the 'Upload new video' button, fill in the details and upload your video, it may take a while for it to be cleared.
3. Copy and paste the 'Public URL' link and post it where you want.
