I probably should have said that it's not a proper triathalon. It's only a mini one which is 400m swim, 10km bike and 4km run.
My wife and I will probably be eating better as well as she doesn't want to put on weight after finishing up with netball for the year. We'll probably half do the CSIRO diet meals.
