I seem to be going up in weight again... I stop exercising when I get sick (a cold atm) and it shows up very quickly! ARGH!
I would love to cut out carbs but being a vegetarian if I did that, there'd be nothing left to eat! lol. What I am changing is what I eat WHEN and HOW.
If I have bread it's Bakers' Delight Cape Seed Loaf - full of seeds and very heavy - it's a low GI bread so it makes you feel much much fuller than if you ate 2 slices of white bread. I make sure I have it in the morning or lunch. Pasta I am limiting to lunchtime if I do have it. Dinner is going to be salads or steamed vegies - no carbs of any kind. But I do have to ensure my protein intake is sufficient, and iron? What's that? lol

Also I am planning to eat more regularly, 5 smaller meals a day rather than 3 large ones and two snacks. I gotta get rid of sugar. I don't eat potatoes anymore either.
What has everyone else tried? What has worked for them?
