If this is true I’m not surprised. Governments love letting big business do things that private citizens or small businesses are not allowed to do.
Many years ago before UberEats and all the other big food delivery companies were around a few friends in Newcastle started a fast food delivery business. They were shut down because they were told they couldn’t guarantee food safety.
When when big business does it, it’s all good.
