Option 1 if you have a copy of forscan and the OBDlink / EELM327 you can run the program yourself. Not overly complicated to run through the menus and forscan has a link that advises users.
Option 2 is ongoing preventative option is to drop this in your fuel tank every so often - see link:

Option 3 if you are based in Melbourne is I have a contact head mechanic from Ford that operates on the side. He pressure washes these without the need to replace them. They clog up if you don't allow them to heat up often enough.
