I can't think of a religion that isn't pro vaccine.
Catholic - Yes
Anglican - Yes
Muslim - Yes
Pretty much all the Indian ones - Yes

The only exemption you would get is from your doctor. And AFAIK if there is a real reason for it, then you also get a medicare cert and can work/shop.
