Yes I mentioned this bill a couple of weeks ago. SOE was extended until mid December then this new bill will kick in. There will be greater transparency on health advice, with an independent body to scrutinise, BUT they won't have veto power. The thing that worries me the most is.....the sitting premier at the time can call the "pandemic", then the rules kick into place. That is outrageous IMHO. The determination of a pandemic should be called by a health body.

Not really. Everyone knew he'd use the pandemic as a means to gain greater control. He's been doing this sort of thing for a long time now.
