Huge disparity of wealth - not uncommon to see exotic cars around the Hardimans Hotel on Macaulay Rd, median house price is $1.1M, median weekly income is just under $2000/week which is about $500 higher than the VIC average.
On the Racecourse Rd side of it a short walk away its got the USSR houso complex with the car park full of yellow Falcons, Camrys and everything is graffitti'd and its such a ****hole.
