Apart from statistically disadvantaged countries with small case numbers, Belgium still has the worst case mortality rate with 16.42% of cases resulting in death - followed by the UK (14.956%), France (14.816%) and Italy with 13.411%. The global average is 6.928%.
Again, ignoring statistical anomalies; Qatar has the highest number of cases per 100k of population at 623.8 - followed by Luxembourg (615), Spain (542), Iceland (527) and Ireland with 450. Conversely, 30 countries have less than 1 case per 100k and a further 49 countries have less than 10 per 100k while Australia (26.96) and New Zealand (30.86) are in the lower 60th percentile. The global average is 48.97/100k.
It's a different story for deaths per 100k with Belgium having 71.95, Spain 55.3, Italy 49 and the UK having just over 44. 37 countries have had at least one case with no recorded deaths and a further 100 countries have less than 1 death per 100k of population. The global average is 3.393 and Australia has 0.380 per 100k.
