A vehicle is an essential purchase and when purchasing a used vehicle great care should be taken in ensuring the vehicle is appropriate with regards to safety, condition, usage requirements...etc

With that said the constabulary would have to understand that you wouldn’t choose to go that far if it weren’t for the correct vehicle that fit the essential requirements.

Nor do they have the authority to tell you which vehicle you can purchase whether it’s close or otherwise.

And then remember to wash your hands, cover your mouth and stand 1.5m away and you’ll have no issues.
