Went for my daily exercise today, gradually been trying to increase my distance bit by bit every day , I made up my mind I'd do 15 k's as my minimum, I've been doing a little better on most days, except for the odd I'm feeling stuffed days, but , cracked it for 24.57 k's today, if I can find a route I can do 25 a day consistently, I'll be a happy little Vegemite.
