That's rough man. What brand are you using and is it flavoured or unflavoured?

My preworkout shake =

350ml water
3 scoops of ACG3
5g Creatine
5g Glutamine (if I'm still sore from the day before)

Post workout shake =
2 scoops (65 grams protein) Iso Sensation whey protein
5g Creatine
5g Glutamine.

2 multivitamins per day as well, as well as 3 litres of water absolute minimum. Usually 4 litres at least.

On big lifting days I also have 2 scoops of myocell-sr protein before bed.
