Doing a engine swap on my au, had the other engine and box ready to go in, put it all in hooked it all up
started it up, then all we can hear is this huge rattle, we are like wtf, then after closer inspection, the fly wheel bolts wernt done up tight enough only finger tight
so out comes the gear box agian, does the bolts up put it all back in, took it for a drive, lost 3rd and 4th gear, lol

Posted by Xcabbi, Does it slap or rattle? Rattle is more to do with timing chains and tensioners. Slap is more to do with lifters, rings, bearings or GENIII boat anchors
