Dunno about geting them off, never done it, but I wouldnt imagine it being hard.
Obviously its got a leak somewhere, and all you have to do is plug it up.
I had water getting in my right rear indicator, all I did was glue up the leak and then drill a small hole at the bottom to let it drain off incase I didnt fix the leak properly.
You should be able to find an inconspicuous (spelling?) spot to drill a hole if required.
