Well i've hit it.. i've lost about 6 kilos in about a month or 6 weeks. Nice steady loss.
I eat my regular breakfast (two weetbix + milk), regular lunch (sandwich and drink, or a burger, or something similar) and then a calorie controlled dinner in the form of Lean Cuisine. In the start it wasn't enough. So I threw in 1/2 a cup of microwaved vege's and that was great, but now I don't need it (assuming the 400gram meals).
I have a "mini" mango weis bar for dessert.
I find it works for me.
