Well simply put the DOHC 4 valve head is the only real way to get more power out of the old six.
The BA head wont fit the E-AU series block so you need to swap the whole engine. Then theres the Engine management issues and engine accessories to worry about.
Bottom line you can spend thousands like me tuning up the SOHC engine to give 140rwkw or just buy a BA engine and fit it and you would have about the same and a nice new engine to boot.
